When my husband and I first visited Scarborough Lodge Retreat we instantly fell in love! The park itself is immaculate and we were very impressed with how well kept the landscaping was. When we were shown to our lodge we fell in love again. We have the perfect bolt hole with a view that money cannot buy and we are so happy that we bought it. We had looked at other sites and consequently had the hard sell from them, but not here in Scarborough. Paddy showed us around and was extremely helpful, friendly (and quite funny too) – but he never tried to ‘sell’ us anything, which was refreshing. We love that the site and staff feel friendly and welcoming and we genuinely feel like we have a second home. It is reassuring to know that Paddy and Shelby are on hand should we need them and it would seem that nothing is too much trouble for them and they will do everything they can to help you.

I looked at buying my first static this year, went round a few places and was put off with the hard sales. Came to Scarborough lodge retreat and fell in love straight away, the park has stunning views, the grounds are kept immaculate, and no hard sales. I was shown a few different homes but there wasn’t one that ticked my boxes at first, Shelby kindly found one for me, sent all the details over asap and sorted everything out. I was kept informed at all stages and everything ran smoothly. They helped with any issues unknowns that I have had straight away, been here now 4 months and I love it.

Scarborough lodge retreat is different than other sites. They are very welcoming, giving information so you can make an informed decision. When you go to other sites they instantly put you with a sales person who goes for the kill with £ notes in their eyes. There is always someone on site who wants to say hello and asks how you are… We haven’t managed to get up as much as we would have liked but every visit seems inviting, grass always cut. Thanks for everything.

Our experience of buying our beautiful lodge from Paddy and Shelby has been amazing, we never meant to find a site and a lodge so quickly, but as soon as we visited Scarborough lodge retreat and met the team we knew it was perfect and where we wanted to be. The lodge was beautiful and the view breathtaking, it was a bit above our budget and we had our funds tied up elsewhere at the time but Scarborough lodge retreat worked with us to make sure that we could achieve our dream, Paddy and Shelby didn’t have to help and trust in us like they did but we are so grateful to them for doing that. Since we have been visiting the lodge, the team are always so approachable, visible on site and nothing is ever too much trouble. We absolutely love it!!
